Sharing documents

You can share the documents you have created with colleagues, parents/carers and students.

Watch the video on how to Share a document.

Sharing documents

To share your document, click on the export and sharing icon in the document window QfgHSX5R6lzwkRwAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==.
You must save the document first in order to create a web link (URL). Once you have done so, the link to the document will appear in the Share section of the screen. The web link is a website address (URL) that displays your document.

A QR code will also appear, which can be scanned with a mobile phone to open the same URL. This link enables colleagues, parents/carers and pupils to view your document without logging in. Embed the link within your planning documents, share with colleagues as part of CPD, share with parents/carers as part of remote learning/homework or publish to the VLE etc.

You can also change what you decide to include at any time. For example, you could create a homework assignment with only the questions visible and share the link with your pupils. At a later time, you could return to Choose what to share, add the mark scheme and Save changes. As soon as your pupils refresh the link, the mark scheme will be visible so they can review their work.
