Grids have been added to our arithmetic questions in line with the national curriculum tests.

Pupils now have plenty of space to show their working.

Answer boxes appear within the calculation rather than embedded within the grid itself.

This gives teachers the option to remove them.

Removing the grids

Removing the grids will reduce the amount of space taken up on a page and minimise printing costs. 

To print without grids, export your document and select 'off' under 'answer lines'.
