Tailoring your assessments
Differentiating to meet the needs of your pupils
One of the key benefits of Testbase is that you can easily tailor your documents to better suit the individual needs of your pupils.
For example, if you want to create a topic test for KS1 subtraction first select search, then from
- Topic
-- Four Rules
--- Subtraction.
Selecting the Y2 Standard tab will then reveal your choice on level of difficulty for the questions.
This allows you to easily identify and select your question to the required level of differentiation for your class.

Evaluating your tests
We recommend that you evaluate the effectiveness of the tests you create after use and adapt appropriately ready for the following year.
