The search criteria you have applied in each search is recorded at the top of the Questions window. 

The number of questions that match your specified set of criteria is displayed above, on the right hand side. 

 

To change your search criteria, simply click on the Start your search button or click on the criteria listed in the Questions window. This will bring up the Search tool.
