AQA has made changes to the Psychology (7181) and (7182) specifications for first teaching in September 2025. To support your teaching and exam preparation during the transitional academic year 2025/26, we have released an updated question bank included with all Exampro A-level Psychology subscriptions.

The A-level Psychology (For Year 13) question bank is suitable for use with students preparing for their A-level exam in Summer 2026, most likely Year 13 or upper sixth form classes. The question content and search indexes within this bank are representative of the specification (7181/7812) before the changes. If you have used Exampro for A-level Psychology prior to September 2025, your saved documents will remain in the document library of this bank.

The A-level Psychology (For Year 12) is suitable for use with students preparing for their AS-level exam in Summer 2026, most likely Year 12 or lower sixth form classes. This new and improved question bank reflects the spec changes for first teaching in September 2025.

The improvements carried out by subject specialists include:

• Updated ‘Spec’ search index categories to reflect removal, rewording, re-ordering or addition of topics
• Questions relating to removed spec content have either been removed or amended to meet the new spec requirement
• Updated terminology now matches the new specification 
• All legacy spec items from 2009 - 2013 (Psychology A 2180) have been removed
• ‘Question type’ and ‘Maths’ search indexes have been combined and streamlined
